Two-Story Workshop Construction
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm seeking a skilled structural engineer to provide engineering for construction of a two-story workshop measuring 12m x 10.5m. The workshop will require the following:
Wall Construction:
- Combination of single brick, double brick, and metal stud and metal clad walls.
Roof:
- Metal roof with a 45-degree pitch.
Floor:
- Cement floor with a flush-mounted car scissor lift and a two-post car hoist.
Additional Features:
- Full bathroom on the premises.
- External metal staircase.
- 9.2m ridge height
- Raked ceiling on upper floor with no exposed beams
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in structural engineering and workshop designs.
- Proficiency in working with mixed materials (brick and metal).
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
