Structural Report for Wall Removal
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I need a detailed structural report for removing a wooden wall in my residential property. The purpose of this removal is to expand my living space. The wall is currently propped and most of it removed. I have put a 300 x 70mm F7 structural beam into the ceiling and just need to confirm it done the right way and the correct beam.
The report should include:
