Structural Plans for Patio Cover
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need detailed structural plans and calculations for a residential patio cover. The patio cover will be made of pre-fabricated aluminum which I bought from Amazon. Plans and calculations should be stamped, signed and digitally signed for submission to the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, Building and Safety Dept.
Requirements:
- Site Plan clearly shows location of patio cover, length, and width and distance from property lines.
- Provide stamped, signed and digitally signed structural calcs and plans designed by engineer. All plans designed by engineer requires digital signature.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Licensed to work in Nevada, USA.
- Structural engineering background
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of residential building codes and regulations
