Structural Engineer Needed for 4-Plex Project

I’m looking for a licensed structural engineer (U.S.-based) to produce full structural plans for a 4-plex residential project in Pocatello, Idaho.

Requirements (non-negotiable):

- Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Idaho OR able to legally provide Idaho-stamped structural plans
- Must be located in the United States
- Must be experienced in residential/multifamily (ideally 4-plex or similar)

Scope of work:

- Review my existing architectural plans
- Provide complete structural engineering plans and calculations required for permitting
- Plans must meet Idaho code and City of Pocatello requirements
- Deliverables must be permit-ready and stamped

Project details:

- 4-plex residential build
- I already have architectural plans completed
- Looking for efficient, practical design—not overengineered
