Stamped House Structural Plans

I already have an architectural DWG of a single-family home and now need a licensed structural engineer to turn it into a full, permit-ready plan set. The scope covers every major load-bearing component—foundation, walls, and roof—and the work must be designed and sealed to the latest International Building Code (IBC).

Key requirements
• Crawl-space concrete foundation: footing layout, stem-wall dimensions, anchor/hold-down schedule, and any vent or access details that affect structural performance.
• Wall framing: member sizing, bracing locations, shear schedules, lintel / header call-outs, and connection specs coordinated with the foundation.
• Roof framing: truss or rafter design (depending on spans in the DWG), ridge and valley beams, uplift connections, and diaphragm nailing pattern.

Deliverables
1. Signed and stamped PDF plan set (foundation, framing, general notes, and schedules).
2. Structural calculations supporting all sizing and connection decisions.
3. An updated DWG reflecting any structural edits so my architect can keep models in sync.
