Residential Building Structural Assessment

We are looking for a structural engineer to provide calculations and a report for a bespoke aluminium pyramid rooflight that we have designed.
The purpose of the assessment is to determine the maximum safe working load that can be suspended from a central M12 eye nut located at the apex of the rooflight for a chandelier installation.

We would like you to review the design and provide:
• Structural calculations
• Maximum permissible suspended load at the eye nut
• Safe Working Load recommendation
• Deflection assessment
• Written structural report suitable for client records
