I have a recent field report covering the roof framing at 3303 Coastal Hwy, Ocean City, MD—a small commercial building where roughly 40-50 % of the existing 2 × 10 rafters (16 " o.c., spanning about 10-16 ft) were sistered for added capacity. To close out the permit, I need a short, formal letter on your letterhead confirming the current configuration meets code and load requirements, signed and sealed by a Maryland-licensed Professional Engineer.
