Electrical Engineer Drawings for TI

I need a set of electrical engineer drawings, Schedule C, and Schedule C-B for a tenant improvement (TI) project. We are the first tenants in a new construction.

Requirements:
- Add 5 light fixtures
- Add 10 outlets
- Connect to existing HVAC

Drawings must include:
- HVAC connections

Compliance with local building codes is mandatory.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
