I need a clear, code-driven calculation of the design snow load for a commercial skid house built from a wood-and-steel hybrid frame. The goal is safety compliance, so every number must be traceable to the latest IBC / ASCE 7 provisions (or the locally adopted equivalent).

Scope
• Determine ground snow load for the site (I’ll supply exact coordinates once we start).
• Work through exposure, thermal, importance, and drift factors appropriate to a single-storey commercial structure on skids.
• Provide the final design roof snow load as well as any critical drift or unbalanced load cases.
• Highlight governing load combinations that I should use in the structural check.

Deliverable
A concise engineering report in PDF that includes:
