Build-to-Rent supplier tender Comparison Presentation
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I’m assembling a comprehensive supplier tender package for a national build-to-rent pipeline of more than 5,000 units scheduled over the next five years. I need a procurement-savvy professional—ideally with Australian building experience—to help me turn a stack of supplier submissions into a clear, board-ready argument for the best long-term partnership.
Scope
You’ll receive multiple proposals covering product specifications, upfront pricing, volume rebates, warranties, maintenance terms, sales incentives, and marketing assistance. Your task is to interrogate those documents, drill down to technical specifications (not just headline data), and expose the real value behind each offer. From there, you’ll craft a concise narrative showing which supplier delivers the strongest blend of cost-effectiveness, product quality, and proven reliability.
Required outputs
• A polished PowerPoint deck that walks directors through the analysis, visualises the key numbers, and ends with an unequivocal recommendation.
• A linked Excel model holding the detailed comparison tables, rebate calculations, lifecycle cost breakdowns, and any sensitivity tests you run—so the board can trace every conclusion back to source data.
Acceptance criteria
1. Every specification line item is benchmarked like-for-like across all bidders.
2. Cost calculations include upfront price, rebate schedules, maintenance projections, and end-of-life values.
3. Recommendations explicitly reference the three decision pillars: cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier reliability.
4. Slides are visually clean, professionally formatted, and ready for board submission with my branding applied.
You’ll be working directly with me for direction and quick feedback, allowing us to iterate until the presentation is investor-grade. If you’ve navigated Australian construction tenders before, that context will be invaluable; if not, a strong procurement background with the ability to digest building codes and warranty standards will still get you over the line.
Let’s create a presentation that gives the directors immediate confidence in where our purchasing leverage is—and sets up a partnership that will serve this portfolio for the next decade.
