I need a skilled engineer/contractor to assess water leakage from neighbouring property and also from a pond adjacent to the house into my basement area. The leakage is causing damp walls, pooling water, and mold growth, particularly along the walls.

There is a case to decommission the pond but requires engineering/waterproofing to develop a "scope of works"
