Xactimate Garage Damage Estimate

I need a complete Xactimate estimate for a vehicle impact that took out part of one of my apartment-community garages. You will be working from the photos, measurements and notes I supply; I can get you anything else you need the same day. Simple single story garage units. Building has 6-one car bays. Only two bays were effected.

Scope to cover
• Structural damage, including the affected wood studs
• Replacement of the garage door (I’ll share exact width, height and style)
• Vinyl siding sections that were sheared or cracked

Please structure the file exactly as an insurer expects: line-item pricing, quantities, and a clear subtotal. Once you finish, export the report to both the original Xactimate format and PDF so I can forward it directly to my carrier.

Familiarity with current Xactimate price lists is essential; if you maintain your own up-to-date pricing database, even better. I’d like to review a first draft quickly, so let me know your turnaround time when you reply.
