Workshop & Pool House Design

I'm looking for detailed architectural plans for a combination workshop and pool house. The workshop will primarily be used for carpentry, so it needs to be functional and well-equipped. The pool house should include a changing room, bathroom, and kitchenette.

I have the plans pretty detailed on graphing paper. Just basically need to be drawn professionally, 3D exterior would be great as well.

Requirements:
- Plans for a carpentry workshop
- Pool house amenities: bathroom, Kitchen overlooking pool, Storage Room, Storage under stairs, Upstairs big room, picture window overlooking pool
- Patio looking toward pool
- Exterior front photo has an example of architecture of front (however, only double garage door, no single door)
- 2 photos of actual house, gives idea of brick and stone to match. Want some stone on front, and on patio, with columns on patio to match house
- Combination layout that optimizes space and functionality

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Background in architectural design
- Experience with multi-functional building plans
- Knowledge of carpentry workspace requirements
- Any ideas on cost estimates would be a plus. (Bentonville, AR), but not mandatory
