Vintage Café Design With Outdoor Seating
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m transforming a 1,000–2,000 sq ft shell into a cosy, vintage-inspired café and need an architect who can translate that mood into a build-ready package. The space must flow around two signature elements: an inviting outdoor seating area that draws people in from the street and an open kitchen that doubles as visual theatre.
What I’m after
• Zoning-compliant floor plans and furniture layouts that maximise covers while keeping circulation comfortable.
• Detailed interior elevations, reflected ceiling plans and joinery details that capture the vintage character—think warm timber, brass highlights and retro tile patterns.
• High-quality 3D renders or SketchUp/Revit models for stakeholder sign-off and marketing teasers.
• A concise material & fixture schedule so procurement is straightforward.
• Coordination notes for basic MEP requirements around the open kitchen venting and outdoor power/lighting.
Workflow & tools
AutoCAD for 2D, plus SketchUp, Revit or 3ds Max for visuals—use whichever you’re fastest with as long as final files are editable. Two revision rounds are built in so we can fine-tune seating counts and finishes.
I’ll supply a detailed site survey and local code excerpts on appointment; you deliver drawings ready for contractor pricing and permit submission. If you’ve designed cafés or restaurants before, especially with vintage flair, I’d love to see your portfolio links when you bid.
