My 33 × 44 ft plot sits on a west-south corner with roads flanking both the west and south sides. On the ground floor I need a sizable corner shop with dual shutters plus a fully separate residence that includes a hall, kitchen, bathroom and a dedicated prayer room. The first floor should simply carry three bedrooms and one shared bathroom.
Vastu is non-negotiable for me—especially correct entrance directions and thoughtful room placements—so I’m looking for someone who can balance those principles with practical circulation and daylight.
