Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am ready to move ahead with the full set of drawings and documents for a G + 2 residence designed in a clean, contemporary style while respecting fundamental Vastu principles. The end goal is a build-ready package that my contractor can follow without further clarification.
Scope of work
• Vastu-aligned space planning: correct main entrance orientation, optimal room placements, and exact positioning of the kitchen, bathrooms, and dedicated pooja room.
• Complete floor-by-floor layouts including clear setbacks and circulation, plus lift and two-car parking integration.
• Front, side, and rear elevations—high-resolution and colour rendered—to nail the curb appeal.
• Structural, plumbing, and electrical drawings detailed enough for on-site execution, marked with pipe diameters, load paths, conductor gauges, and breaker schedules.
• Door, window, ceiling, and flooring schedules specifying counts, sizes, finishes, brands or product ranges that fit my mid-tier budget.
• 3D massing model or BIM file for quick visual checks and quantity take-offs.
• PDF sheets for municipal approval plus editable source files (DWG/Revit/SKP—whichever you work in most efficiently).
Acceptance criteria
1. All drawings line-weighted, dimensioned in metric, and free of unexplained abbreviations.
2. Vastu checklist met and cross-referenced on each floor plan.
3. Lift pit, machine room, and parking bay dimensions comply with common Indian OEM specs.
4. Coordination between architectural, plumbing, and electrical layers verified—no clash of shafts or beam drops.
5. Two rounds of revisions included after first full submission.
