Vasthu-Perfect G+2 House Plan
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a 1,969 sq ft plot and need a full set of drawings for a three-storey (G+2) residence that meets Vasthu 100 %. The overall look has to be modern, yet every room must respect traditional energy flow.
Key spaces I want included are a spacious master bedroom suite, a dedicated home office, and a small plunge pool on the first-floor terrace. For orientation, please keep the main entrance to the north; if site constraints demand an alternative, an east-facing entry is the only other option I will consider. The kitchen must sit to the south.
Because the building rises three levels, circulation, natural light and structural clarity are critical. I would like column placement and core services arranged right from the concept stage so later structural work is straightforward.
Deliverables
• Fully dimensioned floor plans for ground, first and second floors showing furniture layout and Vasthu annotations
• Roof and terrace layout with pool details
• At least one modern façade elevation and two sectional drawings to confirm height clearances
• A brief note explaining how each Vasthu principle has been addressed
PDF is fine for review, but please provide the final drawings in an editable CAD format (DWG or equivalent) so my local engineer can add structural notes.
