The building is a 3-story Sustainable Student Life & Innovation Center with the following characteristics:
* Building dimensions: 30 m × 24 m
* Structural system: Reinforced Concrete Frame
* Floors: Ground + 2 Floors
* Floor heights:
* Ground Floor: 4.5 m
* First Floor: 4.0 m
* Second Floor: 4.0 m
* Grid spacing: 6 m × 6 m
I will provide the architectural floor plans and conceptual design drawings.
**Required Deliverables:**
1. SAP2000 (.sdb) model file.
2. PDF summary report.
3. Screenshots after EACH phase of the work:
* Grid and story setup
* Material definitions
* Beam section definitions
* Column section definitions
* Slab definitions
* Column modeling
* Beam modeling
* Slab assignments
* Load pattern definitions
* Load assignments
* Analysis run
* Deformed shape results
* Moment diagrams
* Shear diagrams
* Column axial force results
* Story drift results
4. At least one screenshot for every major step because I must explain the process during my university presentation.

* This is a conceptual university project, not a professional construction design.
* No reinforcement detailing is required.
* No foundation design is required.
* No advanced seismic design is required unless necessary for the model.
* The model must be clean and organized.
**Time Requirement:**
I need the project completed within 3 hours from award.
