University Gate & Wall Structural Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m finalising the first phase of a new university campus and need a qualified structural engineer to take care of two critical items: the main entry gate structure and the full perimeter boundary wall.
The architectural concept drawings are ready; what I now require is a complete structural package that will let our contractor break ground with confidence and pass local authority checks on the first submission. Your scope will cover:
• Detailed structural calculations (steel / RC) that meet current local building codes
• Fully annotated drawings in DWG and PDF (plans, elevations, sections, connection details)
• Reinforcement schedules and material take-offs optimised for cost and constructability
• Brief specification notes and any assumptions made, compiled into a concise design report
Please use the design software you are most comfortable with—AutoCAD for drafting and either ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro or similar for analysis are all acceptable, as long as the source files are included.
Acceptance criteria: every drawing must be cross-referenced to its calculation sheet, load paths must be clearly illustrated, and the final design must be ready for immediate submission to the municipal engineer without further amendments.
If you have recent experience with institutional projects or campus infrastructure, that will be a plus. I’m available to provide site surveys, soil data and the architectural BIM model once we agree to proceed.
