I need a licensed civil engineer to own the structural analysis and design for a new building project now moving from concept to permitting. The scope is limited to buildings—no bridges or towers—so the focus will be on load-bearing systems, lateral stability, and code compliance.
You will:
• Review the architectural drawings I supply (PDF + DWG).
• Perform full structural analysis using your preferred tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, or equivalent).
• Produce signed and sealed calculations, framing plans, and details ready for local authority submission.
I will handle soils data, surveys, and architectural coordination; you handle everything structural through final stamped documents.
