UAE Steel Building Design
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I have a preliminary proposal drawing for a 10,000 m² steel-frame building with a full mezzanine and now need the complete engineering package prepared exactly the way Abu Dhabi Municipality expects to see it. Your task is to take my concept, run the structural calculations, and produce every drawing, model, and schedule required for formal submission using the Emirates-approved title blocks and document templates.
Key design note: the mezzanine must support medium storage loads—up to 150 kg/m²—so please size members, connections, and slab build-up accordingly. Load-capacity verification for the mezzanine is critical and must be shown in both the structural analysis reports and the GA drawings.
I will supply:
• The concept layout in DWG/PDF
• Any architectural references already agreed with the client
I expect back:
1. Full structural analysis model (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD) with UAE load combinations.
2. Calculation report stamped and ready for review.
3. Detailed GA plans, elevations, sections, and connection details using Abu Dhabi submission templates.
5. Sheet index and drawing register formatted for the municipality portal.
All documentation has to align with UAE/Abu Dhabi codes and terminology so the authority can issue approval without revisions. Let me know your preferred software stack and timeline for the first review set, and we can move forward right away.
