Two-Story Warehouse Structural Design

I have a completed layout plan in both PDF and AutoCAD formats for a two-storey warehouse—about 2,500 ft² on each level—and now need the full structural engineering package. The building will use I- or H-section steel beams and columns, is intended for medium service loads (moderate machinery and inventory), and will sit on a raised concrete floor rather than slab-on-grade or piles. All calculations, member sizes, connection details, and drawings must satisfy the relevant local building codes.

You will receive the architectural layout immediately so you can begin framing the steel grid, sizing the beams and columns, and modelling the lateral-load system. Please deliver:

• Detailed structural plans and sections in DWG and PDF
• Member schedules with I/H-beam sizes, grades, and connection specs
• Foundation design for the raised concrete floor, including rebar layout
• Load calculations and code-compliance report ready for permit submission

Use whichever analysis tools you are most comfortable with—STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, Tekla, or similar—as long as the final files are fully editable in AutoCAD. My local reviewer pays close attention to concise calcs and correct load paths, so clarity and neat presentation are essential.
