Two-Floor Commercial CAD Plans
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have hand-sketched measurements for a two-storey retail property and need them translated into polished CAD drawings in U.S. units. The first set should focus on the clean structural layout and accurate room dimensions; the second set should layer in fixtures such as closets, fridges, and any other furniture or appliances shown in my sketch.
Key areas—entrance & lobby, kitchen/dining zone, and an upstairs office workspace—deserve special care so the flow feels purposeful and carries a subtle industrial character throughout. No plumbing, electrical, or HVAC routing is required; this is strictly architectural.
Deliverables
• Two DWG (or compatible) files per floor: one “shell + dimensions,” one “fully detailed.”
• PDF exports for quick review.
• A brief notes sheet summarising assumptions or clarifications made while drafting.
I’ll supply the scans, dimensions, and a few reference photos right after project kickoff and will be available for a quick clarifying call if needed. A short round of revisions is expected to make sure every line and label is spot-on.
