Triplex Home Floor Plan Revisions
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I already have a complete AutoCAD base file for a three-unit triplex in Hyderabad. What I need now is a quick, professional refresh rather than a ground-up redesign.
Scope
• Rework the existing room layout where requested by the client.
• Tweak utility and service areas so circulation and plumbing runs stay efficient.
• Keep the overall look clean and modern—no traditional elements.
Workflow
1. I’ll share the current DWG file and a brief change list before our first Zoom call.
2. During the call you’ll walk my client through options live, note decisions, and confirm measurements.
3. Turn around each updated plan within 24 hours.
4. Provide up to four edit rounds per floor so we can settle on a final version that meets immediate needs and anticipates future changes.
Deliverables
• Updated AutoCAD DWG for every floor.
• Printable PDF sheets (A3) showing dimensions and room labels.
• A short change log after each revision.
Fast communication is essential—please be comfortable joining quick Zoom sessions and replying to messages promptly. If you have prior residential projects in Hyderabad or similar climates, include a link or screenshots; it’ll help us move even faster.
