Traditional Two-Unit Apartment Design

I'm looking for a skilled architect to create comprehensive floor plans and exterior designs for a traditional-style two-unit apartment building. The building will have a footprint of 24’ x 24’.

Requirements:
- First Floor: One one-bedroom unit full bath, standup shower, kitchenette
- Second Floor: two-bedroom unit full bath standup shower kitchenette
- Open floor plan for interior layouts
- Traditional architectural style for the exterior
- Full architectural plans, including electrical and plumbing
