I'm seeking detailed architectural plans for a traditional-style single-family home with 2-3 bedrooms.

I'm wanting to build a U shaped house for us to retire in. Eventually I want to put in an inground pool in the middle of the U. I want larger doorways and hallways (to accommodate a wheelchair if needed). I want two master suites on opposite sides of the house (one larger than the other). Two full baths and one half bath OR three full baths. It needs to basically be one story but I do want storage over the two car garage and over the owner's suite I would like to have a craft room and sleeping porch. The rise of the stairs needs to be shorter than normal. The den and kitchen area flow together. The den has large sliding doors onto the pool area. The kitchen area has a pass through window to the pool area. I want a large pantry and two islands with lots of storage. I want concrete floors with radiant heat.
