Traditional School Plan Design

I am preparing a second campus for our US/Africa-based non-profit in rural Ghana and need a complete set of architectural drawings to anchor our next round of fundraising. The first campus is already operating; now we want clearly presented, accurate plans that convey the look and feel of a traditional Ghanaian school while satisfying basic code requirements.

Scope
• Architectural drawings only – no structural or MEP work at this stage.
• Style: Traditional, reflecting local building practices and materials.
• Spaces: multiple classrooms plus an administrative building that houses a kitchen and serving area. If you can suggest a simple circulation core and covered walkways that keep pupils shaded, that would be a bonus.

What I’d like to receive
1. Site layout showing the overall footprint, orientation, and phased expansion possibilities.
2. Scaled floor plans for each block.
3. Exterior elevations and at least one section to illustrate roof pitch and wall heights.
4. A few perspective visuals or massing diagrams—nothing photorealistic, just enough for donors to grasp the concept.

Please make sure drawings are delivered in PDF for sharing and the native file format (Revit preferred) for future edits. Accuracy to metric dimensions is essential.
