Traditional House Rendering Rebuild

My family home was lost in a fire and I’m now planning its comeback. To share the vision with my contractor, neighbors, and the permitting office, I need a polished exterior rendering of the new build in a timeless Traditional style.

What the image must convey
• Full-height front, rear, and both side elevations so every angle is clear.
• A welcoming porch and prominent gable roof that anchor the look.
• Siding treatment, shingle pattern, and paint selections shown in calm neutral tones.
• Accurate materials call-outs (e.g., clapboard vs. shake) so bids are straightforward.

Final files
High-resolution stills (PNG or JPG) plus the native 3D source (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) ready for tweak-rounds and scaled printouts.

Acceptance check
I’ll sign off once the elevations match the dimensions I provide, the porch and gable appear proportionate, and the siding/roof colors read correctly on a standard monitor and an 11×17 print.
