Traditional Home Design Plans
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m preparing to build a new single-family residence and need full architectural support from concept through permit submission. The build is 100 % new construction and the aesthetic must feel unmistakably traditional—classic elevations, balanced proportions, pitched roofs, and interior layouts that respect that style while still meeting today’s functional expectations.
Scope of work
• Translate my brief and rough sketches into a coherent site plan, floor plans, and exterior elevations.
• Refine the concept through two or three feedback rounds until the layout, façade treatments, and room adjacencies feel right.
• Produce complete, code-compliant construction documents: dimensioned plans, elevations, sections, roof framing, schedules, and details ready for municipal review.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants if needed so the final set is fully integrated.
• Provide a handful of photorealistic 3-D renderings that illustrate material choices and curb appeal.
Acceptance criteria
• Final PDF and CAD files suitable for permit submission.
• Drawings meet local building regulations and follow traditional architectural vocabulary.
• All dimensions, annotations, and legends are clear and consistent throughout the set.
If you have a strong residential portfolio that proves your command of traditional design, plus the technical rigor to get plans through permitting smoothly, let’s discuss next steps and timelines.
