Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m ready to grow an existing single-story garage into a two-level structure that includes a comfortable, self-contained guest suite on the new upper floor. You’ll have the full set of original garage drawings to start from, so we’re not starting from scratch—just extending the footprint and building upward.
The vision is unmistakably traditional, inside and out. Think classic exterior proportions that tie seamlessly into the main house, and an interior layout that feels warm, welcoming, and timeless rather than ultra-modern. Within that framework the suite must include three key zones:
• A dedicated sleeping area large enough for a queen bed and basic storage.
• A compact but fully functional kitchenette.
• A private bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity.
What I need from you is a complete, permit-ready design package: revised floor plans, elevations, sections, and any structural details required for local approval. If you handle 3D visualization or material schedules, great—just let me know and we can fold that into the scope.
