Traditional Elevation Plans for Post-Pier Home
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am seeking a skilled architect or designer to create elevation plans for my 800 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home, which is built on a post and pier foundation. The design should reflect a traditional style, emphasizing t T 1-11 wood siding as the primary material. Additionally, I prefer a gable roof to be incorporated into the design.
Key Requirements:
- Develop traditional-style elevation plans for a post and pier home
- Highlight wood as the main material in the design
- Incorporate a gable roof into the plans
- Ensure the elevations match the attached layout for a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom layout within 800 sq ft, 20x40 home.
-glass louver windows in same locations as attached layout.
-5 drawings on one sheet. One with attached layout (add dimensions) and a drawing of each side elevation (4 sides. See attached plans for example template to copy) No need to draw window and door schedule and no kitchen and bathroom elevation that's on the plans. Include steps, porch, and railing.
-will provide rest of information to include on plans such as owner name and project address.
