■■ Draftsperson Required – Full Working Drawings for 12m x 4.5m
Granny Flat
■ Project Overview:
I require a detailed set of working drawings for a 12m x 4.5m granny flat to be drafted in CAD format (DWG + PDF).
You will be provided with: A floor plan for the new build. A reference set of existing plans from another project — the
same level of detail must be replicated for this new design. Notes and specifications to assist with adapting the
reference set to suit the new design. This project is located in Australia, and compliance with the NCC (National
Construction Code) and relevant Australian Standards is essential. If you're not familiar with the NCC, do not apply.
■ Deliverables Required (in DWG + PDF formats – preferably ARCHICAD):
Site Plan (to scale, with north point, setbacks, site coverage, etc.) Dimensioned Floor Plan All Elevations (North,
South, East, West) Roof Plan (including pitch, overhangs, gutters) Slab or Subfloor Plan (steel skid base or as
specified) Sections (min. 2x sections through key building areas) Window & Door Schedule Electrical Plan Plumbing
Fixtures Layout Internal Elevations (kitchen, bathroom, laundry) Construction Details (wall, floor, ceiling, footing,
waterproofing, flashing, etc.) General Notes + Specification Sheet Energy Efficiency Notes (provision for later 6–7 Star
compliance if needed)
■ Requirements:
Must be proficient in AutoCAD or ARCHICAD (preferred). Must have working knowledge of the NCC and Australian
Standards. Must be capable of producing a construction-ready set of working drawings suitable for submission to a
building surveyor or certifier. Must communicate clearly and deliver to schedule. Estimated time for completion is 15
hours based on past experience.

Floor plan of new design (PDF or sketch) Reference set of full working drawings (PDF or DWG) Brief outline of
materials, structure, and any unique requirements
■ How to Apply:
