Texas PE Patio Cover Plans 139 Enchanted Drive
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am adding a wood-framed, gabled patio cover that will fasten into the top ridge of my existing residence, and the city will only issue a permit once it sees full construction documentation signed and sealed by a Texas-licensed structural engineer.
What I need from you is a complete set of detailed construction drawings—no concepts, these must be permit-ready. The package has to include:
• Floor plan view
• Elevation view
• Section view
Please show all structural members, connections, and tie-in details for the wood framing, along with notes that satisfy current IRC and Texas wind-load requirements. Your final submittal should arrive as both PDF sheets and the native CAD file, accompanied by your Texas PE stamp and the supporting calcs you used to sign off on the design.
If you have questions about the existing roof geometry or need site photos, let me know right away so I can keep the project moving.
