Texas Commercial Site Plan Engineer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am moving ahead with a new commercial build in Texas and the very first milestone I need completed is a permit-ready site plan. My immediate focus is on three components:
• Parking layout – I must show the exact number of spaces required by local code.
• Utility plans – water, sewer, electric and any other service lines clearly routed to tie-ins.
• Overall building site plan – footprint, setbacks, drives and hardscape, drawn to scale.
The drawings have to satisfy Texas municipal submission standards and be ready for my civil review and permitting team to sign off. CAD and flattened PDF files are both required; professional stamping for Texas is a plus but not mandatory at this stage.
Once this package is approved, I expect to move on to structural work and would prefer to keep that with the same engineer if the collaboration goes smoothly.
