Supershop HVAC Design & Planning -- 2

Job ID: 39762968

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m fitting out a new supershop and need a complete HVAC design package that ties the entire building together. The scope covers the open-plan sales floor, all back-of-house storage rooms, and the quieter office areas. I’ve opted for a single, centralized system, so everything—from load calculations to duct routing—has to work seamlessly as one integrated network while staying energy-efficient, cost-effective, and easy to maintain over the long term.

What I expect from you:

• Accurate cooling/heating load calculations for each zone (sales, storage, office)
• Equipment selection and sizing for a centralized setup, including air-handling units, chillers or rooftop units, pumps, and controls
• Detailed ductwork and diffuser layout showing supply, return, and exhaust runs with appropriate sizing and pressure loss estimates
• Zoning strategy that balances comfort on the sales floor with tighter temperature/humidity targets in storage and offices
• Energy-efficiency measures—economizers, VFDs, high-SEER components, insulation specs, and any practical heat-recovery options
• Maintenance-friendly design notes: filter access, service clearances, and recommended PM schedules
• CAD or Revit drawings (DWG/RVT) plus a concise design report summarizing assumptions, calculations, and equipment schedules

I’ll supply floor plans in DWG and PDF as soon as we start. If you need site climate data or specific product cut-sheets, just let me know—I can provide them quickly. Looking forward to a design that keeps shoppers comfortable, merchandise protected, and operating costs low.
