What We Need
Design of a modular RCC pod system — a family of factory-cast, transportable, liftable, joinable structural units that serve as building blocks for all our home products. This is not a conventional structure — it is a precision-manufactured product designed from first principles to eliminate wastage at every level.

Design Philosophy — First Principles
We are NOT copying traditional RCC construction and shrinking it. We are rethinking from physics:

What is the minimum material needed to carry the loads? (Eliminate wastage)
What is the minimum number of operations to build it? (Eliminate process)
What serves dual purpose? (Structure = storage = furniture = ribs)
What can be shipped separately to reduce pod weight? (Windows, doors = ship flat)
What kills us if it fails? (Leaks, cracks, hollow sound = design against these FIRST)

Why This Matters
This pod design is our core IP. Every home = 2-6 pods joined together. A 1000 sqft home = approximately 4-5 pods of 9x10 ft + 2 pods joined at 18x10 ft. Getting the pod right = getting the business right.
