Structural Reinforcement for Pool Design

I have a pool design and a geotechnical report for a 15x30 pool that is lakefront. We have excavated and realized that we hit the water table within 3.5 ft and need additional structural reinforcement. We are looking at helical structural piers and at reinforcing the concrete thickness. Need to adjust our plans to including number and locations of piers.
