Seeking licensed structural engineer for residential load-bearing wall removal – Kwinana, WA
I am renovating an existing brick/ residential home in Kwinana, WA and require a qualified structural engineer to assess and certify the removal of an internal load-bearing wall.
Required scope:
Site inspection and structural assessment
Beam sizing/specification
Structural drawings/calculations
Certification/documentation suitable for WA residential compliance
Construction works will be carried out by a qualified builder/carpenter, so I am specifically seeking engineering assessment and certification only.
