Structural Engineer for Garage & Breezeway Additions

I’m seeking a licensed structural engineer to assist with a detached garage and breezeway addition project. The scope includes providing stamped structural roof designs and reviewing the second-floor beam and post layout previously drafted by another engineer. I do have the DWG file to work from.

Scope of Work:

-Design and specify roof framing components:
--Rafter dimensions and spacing
--Ridge board specifications and layout
--Hip and jack rafter sizing and placement
--Bracing and blocking details
--Verify load path continuity for hybrid framing system
--Ensure snow load compliance for Midwest conditions
--Maintain dormer placements and framing as originally designed by architect
-Review and validate second-floor beam and post layout from prior engineer
-Provide any additional structural notes required for IRC and local code compliance
-Deliver stamped drawings suitable for permit submission and inspection
-Ensure scaling to print is 24"x36"

Deliverables:

-Stamped structural drawings for roof framing
-Review memo or markup of second-floor framing plan
-Any supplemental notes or calculations needed for code compliance
