Structural Design & Advisory Needed

I need a licensed structural engineer to prepare complete design drawings and offer consultation and advice as the plan develops. The immediate priority is clear, code-compliant drawings—calculations, notes, and any schedules required—for submission to local permitting. Alongside that, I want to be able to discuss alternative framing approaches, material options, and any concerns that arise so the chosen solution remains both safe and cost-effective.

I will supply all architectural floor plans, site information, and any surveys already on hand. You will turn those into structural sheets stamped for my jurisdiction, walk me through your reasoning, and remain available for short follow-up calls or emails until the permit is approved.

Experience with common U.S. building codes, concrete/steel/timber analysis software, and efficient communication via PDF mark-ups and screen-sharing will help the project run smoothly.
