Structural Blueprint Development

I need detailed structural blueprints for a residential project. I have a floor plan and one side exterior rendition ready. I would like 5 feet added to the width of the house so a bath tub could be added to master bath and more space in living/dining room and upstairs bedrooms. Needs to comply with Clackamas Oregon building codes.

Requirements:
- Foundation plan
- Framing plan
- Roof plan
- Must comply with local building codes

Ideal Skills and Experience:
