Stilt+4 House Structural Design

I am finalising plans for a stilt-plus-four-storey residence in Indian Seismic Zone IV and need a complete structural design package that preserves a clean, modern architectural feel while keeping every floor purely residential.

The architectural DWG files will be shared once we begin. From these, I expect:

• An efficient framing concept that respects the open modern layout
• Foundation selection based on the soil report I provide
• RCC member sizing and reinforcement details for columns, beams, slabs and any shear walls, designed to IS 456, IS 875, IS 1893 (Zone IV) and other relevant IS codes
• Clear execution drawings delivered in CAD and PDF
• Bar-bending schedule and material take-off
• A concise calculation report plus original analysis files (ETABS / STAAD / SAP2000)

Acceptance criteria
– Drawings match the architectural grid without clashes
– Code-mandated strength and drift checks for Zone IV are met
– Reinforcement detailing is contractor-ready and unambiguous
