Stamped Drawings for Spokane Permit
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have purchased a pre-engineered metal tube frame kit for a residential outbuilding in Spokane County, Washington (between 500 – 1,000 sq ft). To receive the building permit the county requires a Washington-licensed structural engineer to review the kit, confirm it meets local wind/snow/seismic loads, and issue stamped construction drawings plus the accompanying structural calculations.
Because the kit follows a standard manufacturer layout, no custom architecture is needed—just the structural stamp, a compliant foundation/slab plan, and any notes the county typically asks for. Spokane accepts digitally signed PDFs, but I’ll also need one hard-copy set for my records.
Deliverables
• Full set of Washington-stamped structural drawings (PDF)
• Foundation/slab and anchorage details tailored to my site soil class and frost depth
• Structural load calculations package in Spokane County format
• Up to one round of minor edits if the plan reviewer requests clarifications
Please confirm your current Washington PE license number, expected turnaround time, and any similar county approvals you have handled so I can move forward quickly.
