Stamped CMU Cabin Plans Oregon

Job ID: 40396200

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

My 750 sq ft concrete-masonry-unit cabin and its matching garage will sit on a slab-on-grade foundation here in Oregon. The floor plans, elevations, and basic wall sections are already drafted in SmartDraw and will be shared in both .sdr and PDF formats.

A licensed Oregon professional engineer is required to transform those drafts into a permit-ready structural package. That includes running the full analysis for gravity, wind, seismic, and snow loads, specifying all CMU reinforcement, lintels, anchors, and connections, and then placing your Oregon PE stamp on the final drawings. The jurisdiction follows the standard state building code with no special local amendments noted.

Deliverables
• One complete, engineer-stamped PDF plan set for the cabin and garage, ready for county submission
• Accompanying structural calculations in PDF format
• Up to one round of minor revisions after initial plan-check comments

Kindly confirm your Oregon license number and provide an estimated turnaround time.
