# Final Apartment Design Requirements

## 1. Plot Information

* **Plot Size:** 40 ft × 68 ft
* **Front:** Road-facing
* **Rear:** Dead wall (commercial side)
* **Left Side Passage:** 2.5 ft
* **Right Side Passage:** 2.5 ft

## 2. Ventilation & Boundary Requirements

* The **rear wall is a dead wall** and must remain completely blind.
* **No windows, doors, balconies, kitchen exhausts, or toilet ventilation** are allowed on the rear side.
* Kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms should be ventilated from the **left or right side passages**.
* The **2.5 ft left-side passage may be absorbed into corner rooms if required** to maximize usable space.
* The **2.5 ft right-side passage** should be retained for ventilation and windows where needed.

## 3. Ground Floor Requirements

* Provide **one large front parking area**.
* Design **2 independent 2-bedroom apartments**.

### Each Ground Floor Apartment Shall Include:

* 1 Master Bedroom with an attached bathroom.

## 5. General Design Guidelines

* Maximize usable carpet area and room sizes.
* Minimize unnecessary corridors and dead space.
* Provide wardrobe space in bedrooms.
* Ensure furniture placement is practical and comfortable.
* Keep the design simple, symmetrical, and cost-effective to construct.
* Maintain good natural light and cross-ventilation using the available side passages.
* Do not place any openings on the rear dead wall.

## 6. Design Objective
