Smashanbhumi Building Structural Design

Structural design services are invited for a Smashanbhumi building to be constructed on Murum soil in Maharashtra. The architectural drawings are already available in AutoCAD format, and the complete structural design is required strictly as per the latest applicable Indian Standard (IS) Codes, including IS 456, IS 875, and IS 1893. All RCC design shall be carried out using **M20 grade concrete** and Fe 500 reinforcement steel. The scope of work includes detailed structural analysis and design of foundation, columns, beams, slabs, and footings, preparation of complete RCC structural drawings in AutoCAD, bar bending schedule (BBS), design calculation report in PDF format, and quantity estimation of steel and concrete. The design must be safe, economical, and approval-ready for execution. The selected structural engineer or consultant must be qualified, experienced in similar public building projects, and capable of completing the work within 7 to 10 working days from the date of receipt of all inputs. The proposal should clearly mention the professional fee, delivery timeline, and previous similar work experience.
