Single-Story Residential Floor Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m renovating a single-story residential space that centers on shared living, cooking and dining areas. No bedroom-bathroom layout needed. I would like 2 plans- the BEFORE layout , (as provided in the attached) and the AFTER ( where the 4 columns are removed and center kitchen bookcase becomes a 2 level island, hiding the gas stove from view). The plans must integrate:
• a functional open kitchen linked to a comfortable dining zone
• an open living room that incorporates a dedicated TV viewing area.
Easy access to the dedicated Office space
Please respect standard accessibility clearances. The southern and western walls are all windows. No bedrooms or bathrooms are required for this phase. Apologies if the numbers don’t add up, this is the first rough drawing.
Deliverables
• 2 Dimensioned floor plans in PDF and editable DWG (or equivalent CAD) -a BEFORE plan and an AFTER plan
• Simple furniture layout indicating key fixtures and clearances in the AFTER plan
• One round of minor revisions based on my feedback in late June.
