Single-Storey House Plan Drafting
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a full set of working drawings for a new single-storey home. Within the next couple of days I’ll have a rough hand-sketch ready, and I’d like you to turn it into professional plans suitable for council submission and builder pricing.
Key spaces: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family area, kitchen and an alfresco.
Please include:
• Scaled plan view
• All four elevations
• A simple site plan showing setbacks and basic services
Accuracy on room sizes, window and door schedules, and roof pitch is important. If you draft in AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad or similar, an editable file alongside a print-ready PDF would be ideal.
