L-Shaped Garden Room Layout Design
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
We require the design of an L-shaped garden room built along the rear of properties 71 and 73. The total length must be 16 meters, projecting approximately 4.5 meters out from the rear of No. 71. The main entrance will be through No. 71. with 4m going 8m deep
The internal layout must include a main circulation hallway and the following functional areas with required minimum sizes: two classrooms (one approx. 15 square meters, the other 12-13 square meters); an office (2.5m x 4m); another small room (3m x 4m); a storage room (roughly 2m x 4m); a small kitchenette; and three separate toilets (WCs), which should be grouped for plumbing efficiency.
We welcome a complete internal redesign to achieve the most efficient floor plan that meets these specific room requirements within the limited width.
