Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a 400 sqm lot in Saudi Arabia and need a complete Mediterranean-style villa design. The building should rise G + 1.5 floors, so please plan a full ground floor, a first floor, and a partial upper level or mezzanine that fits local zoning.
Core spaces I must see in the layout:
• Generous living rooms that flow well for family and guest gatherings
• Comfortable bedrooms with built-in storage
• Sufficient bathrooms placed logically on each level
I’m looking for a detailed architectural package that lets me move straight to engineering and permitting. At minimum, deliver:
• Scaled floor plans for every level
• Two elevation options and a roof plan that capture a classic Mediterranean feel (think earthy textures, arched openings, warm palettes)
• A simple site plan showing setbacks, parking, and garden zones
• High-quality 3D exterior views and one key interior angle to demonstrate spatial flow
Include brief notes on suggested structural grid and typical wall build-ups suitable for our climate. If you already work with Saudi or GCC codes, let me know—it’s a plus. I’ll review your first draft, send consolidated feedback once, and expect a refined final set ready for contractor pricing.
